The Oasis Foundation is a non-profit organization that was born in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state on May 12, 2012 as a project of the Well Control Logging Company B&B CA. to address and comprehensively support the needs of families. children and adolescents with the purpose of contributing to their personal and individual growth and thus promoting the formation of a model citizen, whose goal is to live in a healthy society that seeks the common good. respect and dignity of man.

The purpose of the foundation is to provide social, economic or professional support to abandoned or orphaned children and adolescents, widows, communities, non-profit health institutions that serve the community, institutions or groups that work independent by societies as long as they are legally constituted, whether in civil associations, community councils, churches or other permitted form. Likewise, its objective is to support and contribute to the holding of social days in the communities that promote the comprehensive development of their inhabitants, whether through health days, tree cleaning, education, food, provision of household items, sports, doctors, toys, recreation, spiritual growth that leads to the formation of useful citizens for society.
