Oasis International Foundation was founded in 2017 by Pastor Víctor Bernal, his wife Pastor Tamara Bernal, and a group of volunteers committed to helping those most in need in Venezuela.

The foundation’s vision is to “Transform lives through humanitarian aid and Christian service.” It focuses on the following areas:

  • Food: The foundation provides food to children and families living in poverty.
  • Health: The foundation provides medical care and medications to people in need.
  • Education: The foundation provides school supplies and educational support to children at risk.
  • Social assistance: The foundation provides social and emotional support to vulnerable people.

In its 13 years of existence, the foundation has achieved the following:

  • It has benefited more than 10,000 people with its programs.
  • It has established community kitchens in vulnerable areas of Venezuela.
  • It has provided medical and surgical supplies to hospitals.
  • It has distributed school supplies to children at risk.
  • It has provided social and emotional support to vulnerable people.
